New York I Love You...(seriously, I really love you)

This past weekend I was ever so privileged to visit NYC for my sisters bachelorette weekend. We dined and danced into dawn at ONE and on the other side of the sunrise ate brunch at Pastis in the Meat Packing District. Saturday was beautiful as we walked through the Soho area experiencing one of my favorite pastimes, shopping.

I had the opportunity to visit the Young Designers Market and went a little crazy over my sweet finds. One of which was Wrecords by Monkey, a Brooklyn based design company that makes jewelry and cuffs, among many pieces, out of reclaimed vinyls. Music I can wear on my body...heck yes! I'm converted. One of their designers helped me to narrow down my choice necklace to the frame pendant ,however, I'm going to have to come back for the chandelier and cameo later!

Speaking of loving New York, I can't wait to see the film New York I Love You, from the producers of Paris, Je T'aime. New York, I Love You is a collective of twelve short films. Some directors, either domestic or international, shot their stories in one of New York's five boroughs. The ensemble cast is outstanding with talented names to long to list.

I've already begun to plot my next trip into the city. I know a trip to New York won't disappoint.
